  I only had good service from Naif Kuwait. The operator will hand over to someone who speaks English. The chicken is of a high quality and well prepared. The do market their promotions vigorously and I always end up with something that I did not plan to eat, but it's always fine!

  hello...I agree that naif chicken is the best but seriously, when they said, it is fresh it should be fresh, we ordered before it was smelly and sure was old cooked chicken and please, do you have english speaking operator or any person who take the phonecalls that can speak english? I know Arabic but too litter that I barely understand what the other side is saying...:-)

  As Ghene(Apr 4) wrote, now adays we get OLD and dried chickens from Naif. Once the chicken I bought from there was with black colour flesh and was very hard to bite. Kindly we request the management to take necessary actions otherwise I think the people should start file case against them in the court.
