Popeye's Abu Halifa is the worest customer service ever in Kuwait.The restaurant is empty most of the time Because of the cool employees there.Trust me dont go there.Dont be surprised if they give you the meal mostly wings.

I went there today. The people there are very rude sorry to say that.But when you become loyal customer you would expect something better.I called the customer service more than 5 times but no one will ever listen to you .You better try KFC .
This is not true .. They are always on time with Delivery Service. If you have experienced that ..well sorry , but me ..I still love Popeye's and their mashed potatoes . They are better than KFC that is so oily on their Chicken , and their EGYPTIAN staff are the worst ever ..Just look at the KFC in SEA SIDE ..The place is very dirty and no sanitation practice..Trust me just go there and you will see what i am talking about ...

Popeye is the worst. Their chicken is tasteless and their staff & service is the worst here in q8. Had my son's bday at their Salwa branch and it was the worst bday ever. Nobody ever make the mistake of having ur child's bday there...

I called for homedelivery.3 people came on line one after another. made me to repeat my address and tel .no.finally i got fed and cut the line...1848080 is the tel no i dialed.Plese noone ever make a Mistake of calling these irresposible people..

Today is our first time to order from POPEYES. I was surprised that the "Dinner Combo KD1.800" didn't come with Fries and Biscuit together as what is mentioned in the above menu!!! I recall that the operator actually asked my husband to choose between biscuit and fries... WHY?
POPEYES needs to change their menu if that is the case so people will not be confused.
Also, though the chicken was fine, coleslaw was perfect and rice was TOOOO little, my mashed potato came really mashed with all the gravy out of the container.

I am really sorry to post my comment here, but most of the comments i saw here are true, i just experienced it myself just half an hour ago,,,please improve your customer service...be it on line, in store, or merely phone-in inquirees. Right now, I am so frustrated and upset, too bad I experience the bad cust service with the head of the store in Hawally....what more you could expect down the line...., :(

well,I am an avid eater of popeyes chicken bcoz its soo juicy and very tasty compared to KFC.KFC is well known by his name but when it comes to their chicken its so bloody inside yaks!! and the bones is so black eww!! i love that chicken Popeyes

i definitely agree with mike, i usually eat in hawally branch and i always get the best service. The staff are very jolly specially zaldy, he always smiling. Popeyes is far more better than KFC. I leave near KFC but i only park their and cross the road to buy in popeyes.
